Finally !!! Finally !!! Kologarn goes down with no-one in the raid getting zapped by the eye beams !!!

Which meant we got the long sought after achievement .. After many many wipes we perfected the strategy. And with much running dancing and blinking he was down!

Another Inquisition Realm First achievement.. Infact its one that only 0.19% of guilds in the world have done! which is shocking as like everything else get a good team with a simple strategy and its easy. (GuildOx)

If Looks Could Kill (25 player)

"Defeat Kologarn without any raid member being hit by Focused Eyebeams in 25-player mode. "

So another achievement done ! The number left in Ulduar are dwindling. We are currently ranked the 758th in the world on raiding achievements. We can get that lower :-)

Ulduar was being nasty to us with the Instance servers going down and not letting us back into it :cry: . So we went off to CC to deal those pesky Horde Champions, after killing all the DPS Hordies we felt sorry for the poor healers. So took some raid photo's with them.

The Druids discovered they had a lot in common with the horde cousin. But like all reunions and family photo's there's always some gnome trying to get in on the shot.





After that we travelled down to Onyxia for some action. We figured it was about time someone killed her quickly. So we downed the brewfest leftover pew pew brew and taught her some speed kill manners. :-)

We had fun nuking Onyxia out of the sky. In fact the good lady Prestor spent so little time in the air she didn't even get a chance to catch her breath. Let alone fry us with a deep one.

So despite the Instance server going down and delaying us for an hour. And preventing us from playing with steelbreaker we still had fun in CC and picked up another Two Realm First Achievements for our trophy shelf back at the guild Headquarters.

Deforestation (25 player)

"Defeat 2 Ancient Water Spirits, 2 Storm Lashers and 2 Snaplashers within 10 seconds in 25-player mode. "

On the same raid we also went and did Hodir hard mode.

I Could Say That This Cache Was Rare (25 player)


"Defeat Hodir before he shatters his rare cache in 25-player mode."

The cool thing was it pushed us into sixth place on the realm by the Guildox rankings. Significantly that puts us as the highest ranked Alliance guild on the server.

Fantastic work folks ... time to push on into the top 5 now...

Lumberjacked (25 player)

"Defeat Elder Brightleaf, Elder Ironbranch and Elder Stonebark within 15 seconds of each other in 25-player mode. "

Raiding last night was initially aweful the server lag was hideous, so we took a hour break and reformed at 22:00.

Armed with a team of people with power screwdrivers, drills and sledgehammers we attacked XT. And splat down he went with 46 seconds still to spare on the speed kill clock.


Must Deconstruct Faster (25 player)

"Defeat XT-002 Deconstructor in 205 seconds in 25-player mode. "

Achievement was the Realm's 5th and an Alliance 1st.

Afterwards we knocked over Onyxia a few times and some CC. A Fun night

After a night of progressively better and better wipes.. we downed Mr Thorim with his darling Siff exposed in front of him !

Really well done! it was so nice to see every one improving after each wipe until we finally downed the hard mode...

Also went playing with not so little miss Freya and easily nabbed

Also some officers swaps, Tebur is retiring form the officer ranks to relax. Error is taking over the Pally responsibilities and Welcome aboard Mr Magical Trevor who takes the reigns of the Mages.

Nice progress over the last few weeks, just need to keep pushing against the rest of the Ulduar hard modes now...

After getting the right balance and an exceptional job from our Tanks and healers the old Cat lady of Ulduar was vanquished with all her sentry cats still screaching.

10 MAN - MAJOR ACHIEVEMENTS

What can i say except Bravo ! Well Done !

After many many months of hard grind Messor's 10 man Team went on the rampage this evening.

First off it was Mr Algalon who had to die (it wss Error's birthday wish)



After saving Azeroth from destruction our hero's were too excited to take a celebratery screenshot (for shame !!!).

Then merry band of 'Starcallers' then heard a rallying cry from the Argent Crusader and disposed of Anub'arak on 10 man Heroic. With Tributes to spare earning a Tribute chest. Again no screenshot (for shame X 2)



So in one night they managed:

Observed (10 player) Realm 1st
Call of the Grand Crusade (10 player)Realm 1st
A Tribute to Skill (10 player)Realm 1st

Way to go Inquisition.

Big Congratz to everyone in the guild that has helped with the 10 man team on their continued achievement hunting !

We now have more 10 man achievements than ANY other guild on Emeriss.

10 man achievements: Realm Rank # 1 baby!

There are still some important outstanding feats! so the next challenge is to see how far up these ranking they can go ! Go get 'em Messor and co.
